I'm Lys!

I battled with anxiety, stress, depression and OCD from the age of 8 having Doctors advising me to take medicine... but my intuition wasn't feeling it.  I personally wanted to rely on my SELF to feel better. I struggled for 19 years but I eventually found a way out. I had always practiced yoga yet a real shift occured when I went on my first yoga retreat. After this, I began to explore myself on a much deeper level. Through practice and tuning-in, I healed myself and began to love life. I became so passionate about spreading the power of practice that I continued to study.

Fast forward to now...I am now an Self Leadership Mentor, Voice Activation Coach, Integrated Holistic Coach and Spiritual Mentor.


Before training in all the practices that healed me, I was a professional actress/singer in theatre and film. I still sing professionally and bring this into my yoga and meditation teachings.  My trainings include NLP, Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Voice and Trauma Work. I combine spirituality, embodiment works and psychology to treat the WHOLE HUMAN.

Every aspect of what I teach is what not only worked for me but works for so many others all over the world. I fully believe happiness and health stem from SELF-love and practice. You've got to take care of yourself in this lifetime if you want to live a full life!

A little more about me...


Variety is the spice of my life! In addition to my work, I love moving my body and getting creative. I love skateboarding, hand-balancing, song-writing, slacklining, dancing, learning, traveling, watching quirky documentaries (the ones about aliens and ghosts), building terrariums, busking, and I am passionate about soul growth and truth. I'm also obsessed with the sunshine and crystals. 

I believe in living life FULLY and being healthy spiritually, mentally and physically. I love spontaneity and thrive off a challenge. My all-time fave thing to do? LAUGHING. I don't actually know anyone who hates to laugh. Do you?!

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you are not tied into a contract, so if you want to leave your monthly membership, just email hello@alyssmartyn.com 7 days before your next payment due. However, we think you’ll love it so much, you’ll want to stay put! If you leave as a member, you will lose access to the membership site , all sessions and workshops.

Do you offer refunds?

If after joining The Self Collective on our monthly subscription, you wish to make changes to your subscription please contact hello@alyssamartyn.com for more info. Cancellation of membership must be submitted 7 days before your next payment is due. 

I am quite busy with work and parenting, will I miss any content?
Nope! This isn’t a fixed program, so there’s no pressure to keep up or follow steps as such.  It;s a space where you can take everything at your own pace and work through any module at one time and in your own time. The Self Collective is like a new hobby. It's your new act of self-care and your new way to spend time with your self.  Time to tune into you.
