Walking in nature

Time away from technology! At night keep all electronics away from your bed and if you can in another room!

Word Fasting- have a day or even just a few hours of not speaking. This creates space in the mind.

Not eating sugar past 4pm- Sugar is doesn's support mental health because it makes our blood sugar level unstable however it doesn;t mean you have to cut it completely.

Mediate when you wake up - start the day right by breathing and meditating. 

Feet up pose before bed helps set the body up for slepy time.

Smoothie for breakfast- make yourself a yummy green juice instead of eating sugary cereal. You'll feel lighter and less bloated but also you'll have more energy!

Awareness of what music you are listening to- music is frequency and can shift yours.
